On my free time, I do a lot of activity workout and learning new stuff, learning handstand is one of the things on my top list, this skill can unluck a lot of useful exercises. To master a handstand, I will need to work on my fear, balance, arms straight, and flexibility.
At first, I had a lot of fear trying this out, I had constant thought I may fall and break something. So I found a football field the ground was soft, and I try to do donkey hops to get used to the upside-down feeling, but still, the fear was there. And I said to my self if you got a fear from falling why not learning how to fall or get used to the falling. On my first test fall, I notice I had some leg and shoulder injury, and I decide to come back in a week so that I can try this out.
I came back, and I start to do a fall roll. Still, there was a pain in my right shoulder, so I only fall on my left one. After I felt comfortable with the falling, I got back into my donkey hops so I can do a handstand, but I was spending so much energy, and my brother @igordolovski suggested to try it on a wall.
